"I could create a laundry list of why Sydney deserves a minimum of 5 stars. Mind you, I'm across the country and was not in person for any portion of the buying process. Some things that separate her from the other realtors I interviewed in the Eastern TN area are: Availability - Realtors are busy, yes. But she doesn't leave you hanging. If she's not able to take your call, she will text you and let you know. No leaving a voicemail and wondering how long you'll wait for a callback. Professionalism - She will not talk down about other industry professionals to make herself appear superior. She will be honest if you directly ask her about the service someone provides, but she continues to remain professional in that discussion. Quality of Service - Sydney provided some unorthodox services, such as bringing a level to make sure the floor was even. She also made sure to take detailed videos when the service was not sufficient for a FaceTime call to view a property. Lastly, my purchase had a lot of back and forth with many involved parties. In fact, I was on the verge of terminating the deal a few times. Sydney took the time to listen to my concerns and asked if she could see about correcting whatever the issue was. If it weren't for her communication skills and passion to take care of her clients, I wouldn't have completed the purchase, which ended up being $10k lower than the list price."
